I enjoy cooking! It is what relaxes me after a hard day of work. A while back I made a few cooking shows that I feel are entertaining enough to share and that is how Cookin it with Timme Litt was started. My father and I are creating a family cookbook and I thought that this web site would be agood place to share some of the recipes that may or may not make the final cut. I hope that some may bring joy to some of you.
